Wholesale Customer Service and Operations Assistant Sports Brand - Watford Up to £32,000 Permanent A group of well-established clothing and footwear brands is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service and Operations Assistant to support their team based in Watford. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fashion or retail operations, who is highly organised and confident managing order processes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Track and follow up on customer purchase orders (POs); send POs to factories and sales order confirmations (SOCs) to customers Communicate with customers and factories to resolve order-related queries Upload and maintain data in the ERP system Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries Monitor delivery schedules and inform customers of any issues or delays Provide shipping and packing instructions to factories Process stock, allocate customer orders, and raise invoices Handle customer booking forms and liaise with warehouses Work with factories and shipping teams on salesman samples Ensure accurate and efficient reporting throughout Candidate Requirements: 23 years of relevant industry experience Experience working with major retailers is highly desirable Strong IT skill Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage workload independently Please click the apply button to send your CV to Lee Nadine Tipping, remembering to state your current salary and package.
