This hands‑on role ensures all areas of the manor are impeccably cleaned and presented, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will also oversee housekeeping operations at Aynsome Manor as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Housekeeping Leadership: Lead and perform housekeeping duties across the manor.
* Standards Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards in all guest and public areas.
* Supplier Management: Manage relationships with local suppliers and oversee housekeeping supplies.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including risk assessments.
* Operational Support: Support housekeeping operations at Aynsome Manor when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping management within a luxury or 4-star+ environment.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills to train and motivate a team.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a guest‑focused approach.
* Commercial Savvy: Experience managing budgets and supplies.
* Professionalism: Highly motivated, professional, and an excellent communicator.
