Job title: Band 2 Warehouse Operative
What You Will Do
* Maintain accurate stock records and manage goods across multiple accounts using manual and computer systems.
* Provide thorough cleaning, inspection, assembly, and disassembly of community care equipment.
* Assist clients by providing courteous counter service and help with equipment loading.
* Handle stock receipt, verification, rotation, and dispatching, including emergency orders.
* Use mechanical aids such as pallet trucks, electric order picking trucks, and certified forklifts.
* Drive and maintain allocated vehicles responsibly, ensuring safety and compliance.
* Maintain quality assurance records and follow procedures for stock control and decontamination.
* Promote excellent liaison between warehouse and NHS PaLS departments to ensure seamless service.
