Overview

Accounts Payable Manager role at Anchor. Location: Flexible working with time spent in the Bradford Office. Salary: up to £45,251 depending on skills and experience.


What you’ll be doing

* Leading and developing your team, creating a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
* Overseeing the delivery of daily, weekly and month-end financial processes, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
* Acting as a subject matter expert for Accounts Payable supporting transformation and change projects.
* Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance with all internal and external standards.
* Working closely with Treasury and other Finance teams to ensure effective cashflow management and accurate reporting.


What we’re looking for

* Strong background in transactional finance, with at least 5 years’ experience in high-volume AP/AR environments.
* Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve great results.
* Skilled in reconciliations, banking processes and financial systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer focus.
* AAT/CIMA/ACCA part-qualified, studying towards or qualified by experience.
