Role Overview
At JD Group, as a Store Colleague, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly, displays stay pristine, and stock is replenished.
Hourly Rate: $12.81
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers with confidence and energy, providing friendly support and helping them find products.
* Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
* Maintain a clean, tidy shop floor and keep displays fresh and on‑brand.
* Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following safety and store guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
* Positive, enthusiastic approach suitable for a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
* Strong communication skills, confident engaging customers and working as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow skills in a supportive store environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.
