We’re looking for a Restaurant Onboarding Associate to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link for our newly signed partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build for long-term success. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the New Partner Experience (NPX) team. We work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers to ensure our partners have a smooth journey, helping them navigate our systems and maximise their growth from day one. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Lead Partner Relationships: Act as the primary relationship lead for newly signed restaurants, ensuring they are built for success and remain highly engaged with the platform. Consult on Growth: Educate partners on how to make their menus stand out and encourage the use of advertising tools to drive consistent order volume. Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the bridge between your restaurant partners and internal teams, such as the photography team, to ensure their digital storefront looks world-class. Build Lasting Trust: Manage high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, building the trust necessary for a long-term partnership. Operational Excellence: Handle administrative tasks for each restaurant you manage with precision, ensuring they are comfortable with our processes and systems. What You’ll Need to Thrive Essential Strong Communication: An excellent phone presence with the confidence to lead regular outbound calls and the empathy to listen to partner needs. Target-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail. IT Literacy: Proficient in using a range of Microsoft software; while not essential, knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable. Emotional Intelligence: The ability to build rapport quickly and navigate partner challenges with a proactive, "get up and go" attitude. Organisational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage the administrative lifecycle of multiple restaurant partners simultaneously. Start Date: Early February 2026. Working Pattern: Hybrid working offered after successful completion of probation.
