I'm working with a multi-manager hedge fund, who have multiple successful commodities strategies here in Europe. One of their largest PM teams who focuses on European Gas, is looking to hire a Data Scientist in London, to build out the research infra and models for the desk as they expand.
They need someone with exposure to commodities (Power/Energy/Gas), who is technically well versed in systematic trading development, and analysis data-sets (time series, market-data).
Stack: Python, AWS, ETL, Airflow
The team has a flat structure, where developers are interfaced with PMs and traders, to ensure the software systems created are bespoke.
