We support the individuals we work with to manage or overcome challenges, including age-related issues, alcohol and drug addictions, autism spectrum disorders, complex needs, homelessness, learning disabilities and mental health issues.
We work with people in their own homes, assisting them to do the things that matter to them and realise their ambitions. We believe that great support leads to great lives.

Support Worker Role
x
About You
x
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic support workers who are passionate about empowering people to live their best lives.
No prior experience or qualifications are required to become a support worker—we welcome applications from all backgrounds. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you can deliver support to the highest standard, and there are excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.
If you're resilient, bring a positive, can-do attitude, and have a genuine sense of humour, you're already well on your way to being a great fit for our team. What matters most to us is that you share our values, embody the right personal qualities, and are committed to our vision of delivering outstanding support.
x
About the Role
x
Our services operate on a core and cluster model, meaning you'll provide one-to-one support to individuals in their own homes while having colleagues nearby for additional support whenever needed.
The people we support have diverse interests and needs, but they all share a love of getting out and about. Whether it's a peaceful walk in the park, enjoying a coffee at a local café, going for a swim, working on jigsaw puzzles together, or accompanying someone on a mini break, there's nothing they enjoy more than an adventure outdoors.
Of course, everyone has days when they're not feeling their best or aren't up for activities. These are the times when our support is most valuable. Providing great support means knowing how to respond to any situation, and we'll always be there to guide you so you feel confident and capable in every circumstance.
