We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join great team in an established family-owned business in Leeds (LS11). Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical power distribution equipment and pioneers of super low loss amorphous transformer technology.
Whats the job:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of regional and national sales managers to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of the Companys sales strategy, objectives and KPIs. Leading from the front with a customer centric approach and focused on developing positive business relationships through existing, lapsed and new customers. Intelligence led customer focus, via the team's effective use of CRM tools and customer engagement will ensure that opportunities for growth are maximised.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement strategic sales plans that successfully achieve business objectives.
2. Provide on-the-ground support for the Regional & National Sales Managers as they generate leads, progress opportunities and win new orders (assisting with joint visits on a regular basis).
