The role
As a head chef you will be responsible for pushing the menu forward, 1st and foremost you will redevelop the the menu to bring the menu into the theme of the concept, you will then train your team and develop the team. You will train the chefs with your menu and push the operation forward, in the direction of the theme. This role will include all the standard head chef duties
Experience
we are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background, you will be good with spices and knowing how to use them and also understand the North America and South America food styles. You will be good with food concepts, menus and team management. This role is perfect for a senior sous chef who is looking to step up to make a mark in the area on the food scene OR a current head chef.
