Every year, Me2 Club matches over 100 children and young people with additional needs and disabilities with committed and passionate volunteers to help them attend and take part in mainstream leisure activities that others may take for granted, thereby tackling the impact of exclusion and social isolation, helping build their confidence, self-esteem and independence.
The Role
You will deliver our vital fundraising strategy, securing income through a diverse range of sources, with a focus on Trusts and Foundations. You’ll build positive and influential relationships with funders and individuals to motivate and inspire them to give their support.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll lead on the application to Trusts and Foundations for grant funding and author impactful reports about the difference their support has made. You’ll also play a key role in delivering our community-based fundraising activities and corporate partnerships, managing and working with a Fundraising Assistant.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll champion the goals of the charity with passion and dynamism and be an influential advocate for inclusion. You’ll possess considerable and demonstrable fundraising expertise and ability to secure grants from a range of trusts and foundations, both repeat funding and from new supporters.
