Assembly Technician (6 months Fixed Term - 40hrs / week)
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented part-time Assembly Technicial to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in our production process.
Duties:
* Assemble parts and components with precision and accuracy.
* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
* Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet high standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
* Report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:
* A-Levels or equivalent.
* Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
* Ability to use various hand and power tools.
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Familiarity with quality control procedures is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £12.50 per hour
