Base pay range
Location: Central London – Hybrid (circa 3 days onsite in Central London)
Salary: £70,000 – £95,000
Clearance: SC clearance is required for our customer-facing teams. Active SC clearance is not required at the time of hiring, but you must be eligible to pass SC clearance. DV clearance may be required in the future; willingness to obtain DV clearance is an advantage but not essential. The role is open only to UK-based applicants.

What We’re Looking For
* Senior AWS Engineers with proven experience building, testing, packaging, deploying and operating enterprise‑scale AWS platforms.
* Deep knowledge of AWS Landing Zones and a strong understanding of the benefits of a centralised platform for customers.
* Experience operating cloud platforms at scale within highly regulated environments.
* Comfortable applying SRE principles to multi‑tenant platform challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to lead complex cloud transformations, delivering best‑in‑class AWS platforms, operating models, and security models.
* Build best‑in‑class solutions for customers using a wide range of AWS services.
* Create AWS resources with Terraform.
* Design solutions to mitigate key security risks in the cloud.
* Operate cloud platforms at scale within highly regulated environments.
* Develop and maintain continuous integration / continuous delivery pipelines.

Interview Process
1. Screening call with our Talent Acquisition team.
2. 1st interview – 30‑minute remote interview with our hiring team.
3. 2nd interview – 60‑minute remote technical interview with members of our engineering team.
4. 3rd interview – 60‑minute in‑person interview with members of our Senior Leadership Team.
