Personal Assistant – Emergency Services & Critical Care
We are looking for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and supporting others. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of a team that helps patients, families and clinicians feel confident and cared for throughout their journey.
This role provides a high level of personal administrative support to our senior management team, as well as providing support for individual pieces of work and projects for other members of the division, including the consultant body and senior nursing team. As well as the PA aspect of the role, its very much a Team Support role.
Note that the majority of the postholders time will need to be spent onsite. We do offer flexible working options however.
Responsibilities
* Provide high level personal administrative support to the senior management team, and support for individual pieces of work and projects for other members of the division, including the consultant body and senior nursing team.
* Engage in relationship building with colleagues and staff in other areas of the Trust.
* Collaborate with other Divisional PAs to help build a strong supportive group of professionals that help and support each other.
Work pattern
Majority of time onsite; flexible working options available.
