Description
* Provide leadership across the department
* Support with the success and growth of the department, including work-winning and client retention
* Manage a personal portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services
* Build trusted, long-term client relationships through a tailored and commercial approach
* Drive advisory-led conversations and identify opportunities to refer work
* Support, develop, and help mentor the team, aligning people strategy with departmental and firm-wide objectives
* Embed a culture of continuous improvement across the team and wider business
Profile
* ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified, with significant post-qualification experience
* Strong accounts and business advisory background
* A proven work-winner with the ambition and capability to step into a Director role
* Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams
