CMA is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to commence work for a reputable company based in the heart of Southampton.
The contract is due to last circa 7 months, however with the company’s continuous growth there could be possibility of an extension.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
Validate supplier invoices for payment via the database as well as manual entry
Reconcile supplier statements and carry out Bank Reconciliations
Assist with month-end tasks
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
Strong experience in a previous role as an Accounts Assistant
Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships internally and externally
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
