The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and servicing gas fired appliances and associated HVAC plant & equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine service and maintenance of gas fired appliances and HVAC plant and equipment including boilers, water heaters, pump sets, press units etc.
* Perform mechanical work, including maintenance of pipework, seals, pumps, and pressurisation units.
* Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems across a portfolio of contracted sites.
Essential requirements:
* Served recognised apprenticeship
* ACS Commercial Gas qualified
* Highly skilled in all aspects of servicing and repair work
* Good problem-solving skills
* Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Willing to work overtime
* Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
