We're currently looking for a team of skilled Glue & Affix Operatives and Packers to join our clients busy production team. You'll be working on assembling and packing a complex, high-quality product, where precision and attention to detail are essential.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment - perfect for people who take pride in their work and enjoy working as part of a team.
(two shift patterns between 7am-1am)
What You'll Be Doing:
* Gluing and affixing components accurately according to specifications
* Assembling products to a high standard of finish
* Packing and labelling goods ready for dispatch
* Performing quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in production, assembly, or packing (preferred but not essential)
* Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team
