* Having excellent communication skills and supporting staff and members, building relationships with parents and caregivers.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in a child‑related field.
* Previous experience working with children (Health and Social Care qualifications not accepted).
* Confident and enthusiastic influence as a role model.
