* Proven experience in sales, client management or account management

* Managing and renewing an existing portfolio of education-sector clients
* Delivering a high-quality and seamless client experience
* Building strong relationships with wellbeing teams, counsellors and key decision-makers
* Holding regular review meetings and identifying growth opportunities
* Prospecting and booking appointments to support new business development
* Supporting conference activity and representing the business at industry events
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
* Travelling to meet clients and attend key promotional events
