Data Compliance Administrator
Autism Plus is a leading Yorkshire charity supporting adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs. Founded in 1986 by a group of parents, the charity now employs over 350 people across the north of England delivering care support services, employment support and social enterprise businesses.
About the Role
Hours: 16 hours per week. Location: The Data Compliance Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Connect to Work service by ensuring high‑quality administrative processes, accurate data management and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Referrals and Administrative Support
* Act as the first point of contact for referrals into the Connect to Work service.
* Process, record and track referrals accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain up‑to‑date records for individuals supported by the service.
* Provide administrative support to the Supported Employment Coach.
* Support the smooth running of day‑to‑day administrative processes.
Data Quality and Compliance
* Ensure accurate and consistent data entry across all systems.
* Quality check data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance.
* Identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
* Maintain confidential records in line with GDPR.
