The role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in IT support and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and maintaining IT systems. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or ticketing systems. Assist users with hardware, software, and basic network issues. Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment. Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Install and update software applications as required. Log and track support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when necessary. Support employee onboarding by preparing IT equipment and system access. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities. Follow IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
