allegro.DRIVE is an entry-level client services programme that provides industry-leading training alongside on-the-job learning and coaching to develop skills in project and financial management, business acumen and client relationships.

Job description
We are excited to offer the opportunity to join the allegro.DRIVE programme at Inizio Medical as an Associate Account Executive and become part of our Client Services team. Your employment will begin with an initial 6-month training phase to learn about the role and the world of medical communications. You will join one of our agencies (Nucleus Global, Ashfield MedComms, ApotheCom or MediStrava), bringing science and creativity together to deliver world-class communication solutions to clients, working on the newest, life-changing therapies for patients.
What’s the job?
As an Associate Account Executive, you will work in a fast-paced environment as part of a thriving team, responsible for project and financial management and delivering excellence to our clients. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, build long-lasting relationships with clients by offering creative solutions to challenges and demonstrate project management skills to enable projects to be delivered on time, on budget and to high standards.
Is this the ideal job for you?
To be considered, you must have a minimum of a 2:1 in a Life Sciences degree and the right to work in the UK. You should be a driven self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the ability to form quick and lasting connections. You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Successful applicants will use initiative to drive projects forwards, have an aptitude for numbers, problem-solving ability, commercial thinking and a willingness to learn. Note: this is not a medical writing role.
Recruitment process

Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person Assessment Centre in October 2025 (dates to be confirmed). The Assessment Centre will include an individual task, group activity and interview, plus an opportunity to learn more about Inizio Medical. The programme itself commences in November and will run from our Manchester, London, Macclesfield and Glasgow offices.
