Overview
We are hiring for the Digital Designer role at TieTalent. The position covers EMEA digital demand generation programs across the Webex portfolio and supports the UKI Field Marketing team with event management. The core focus is managing digital channels with our local digital agency, increasing performance and growth across the funnel, generating quality leads, converting pipeline, and driving business impact with our partners in Sales. You will work cross-functionally with global content marketing, digital marketing, field marketing and a digital agency to build effective, efficient programs.
Responsibilities
* Serve as in-house expert across all demand generation tactics – planning and execution to strategy and reporting whilst working with our external agency
* This would include content syndication; 3rd party webinars and outbound telemarketing campaigns
* With the external chosen agency, you will manage, oversee the budgets, target attainment, media strategy, campaign and ad optimization, testing, performance KPIs, and overall channel strategy roadmap
* Maximize every media dollar by monitoring, analysing, and optimizing campaign performance
* Provide regular campaign reports, updates, and optimization recommendations to the team's external partners
* Stay up to date on best methodologies, industry trends, and strategies in the paid social landscape educating the greater team as you learn
* Research new, innovative tactics that enhance campaign operations and increase digital business impact
UKI Field Events Support
* Help field marketing with communications out to sales regarding upcoming events
* Potentially support onsite at tradeshow events
* Setup landing pages and email campaigns promoting the events
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years driving business impact through digital marketing, preferably within the B2B or SaaS industries
* Cross-Channel Coordination: Understanding how different digital channels interact and being able to coordinate strategies across channels for cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns
* Agency management: Has experience working with an external agency to setup campaigns, monitor and manage throughout
* Presentations: Able to clearly and confidently communicate and present to a group about the campaigns, performance and insights
* Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets effectively across various digital channels, allocating resources based on performance and objectives
* Budget Management and ROI Analysis: Experience in managing budgets effectively and analysing ROI for campaigns
* Project Management: Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets
* Thrive in a fast-moving environment – e.g. agency or start-up experience – working autonomously and owning programs from inception to completion
* Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative/team mentality
* Strong analytical mind, driven problem solver, and a curious to understand the why as well as the what
* Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
* Proficiency using data visualization tools such as Power BI
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Experienced using Salesforce
* Understand what Eloqua is and has some experience using the tool
* Proficiency in German or French is a plus
