What We're Looking For:
The Strategic Visionary
* Senior management experience in social care
* Deep understanding of CQC requirements and health & social care regulations
The Inspirational Leader
* Exemplary leadership skills with a coaching and collaborative approach working closely with Operational Director andprovides strong leadership to the Home Managers and support to the wider teams.
* Experience in leadingHome Managers, team members and colleagues to ensure standards of performance are maintained and continuously improved wherever possible.
* Working closely and building relationships with families and commissioners
* Proven track record of managing change and delivering service improvements
The Passionate Advocate
* Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and Autism principles
* Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities
* Passion for promoting Quality of Life for the people we support
* Commitment to promoting rights, inclusion, choice, and dignity
The Commercially-Minded Professional
* Strong budget and resource management skills
* Experience collaborating with Local Authorities and Commissioners
* Commercial acumen with focus on value-for-money service delivery
* Advocating compliance and implementation of best practice
