Offer description

To support the consultants, senior stroke team and consultant secretaries in providing an efficient secretarial service. This will involve the typing of clinical correspondence i.e. clinic letters, reports etc. under the supervision of the consultant secretaries, using audio/Digital Dictation. Deal appropriately with telephone calls from GPs, patients, medical staff, nursing staff, hospital departments etc. Request notes from Medical Records or prepare medical records ensuring availability for consultants and other members of the medical team.
