Job Title: Marketing Administrator/Coordinator
Location: Tonbridge
Pay: £12.50 - £15ph
Contract Details: Part Time - 3 days per week
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
Join our clients dynamic team as a Marketing Administrator/Coordinator! In this role, you'll support key marketing systems and help drive exciting campaigns. Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting users with website, reporting, and marketing platforms.
Managing national email marketing campaigns and templates.
Keeping our website content fresh and up-to-date, reporting on outdated material.
Supporting content creation, including articles, photography, and minor design work. ️
Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team and external agencies on various projects.
Crafting engaging social media posts for platforms like Facebook and Instagram. 📱
Providing admin support to the Marketing Executive, including maintaining an order log and coordinating signage for sales offices.
Assisting with the setup and management of IT for sales teams.Key Relationships:
Work closely with the Sales Team, Marketing Director, and external agencies.
Collaborate with Legal, Customer Care, Finance, and Production departments.Skills & Experience:
