BCP Council is seeking a dynamic and skilled Planned Works Service Manager to lead our capital and cyclical works programs with dedication, ensuring top quartile performance and maximising resident satisfaction.
This full time permanent role is key to maintaining the safety, compliance, and improvement of the 10,000 properties within BCP Homes, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, effective and committed lead officer with extensive knowledge of the social housing sector to lead a team of building professionals to deliver a varied programme of works, in accordance with the Asset Management Strategy.
You will enjoy working in a mutually supportive and collaborative team environment but also can work well on your own initiative.
