Store Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to consistently deliver customer service excellence
* Drive retail performance through strong sales leadership and operational excellence
* Take full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, stock control, and audit procedures
* Keep the team engaged with technical product knowledge to enhance customer experience
* Oversee visual merchandising to showcase the brand's products and create an inviting store environment
* Recruit, train, and develop your team, ensuring a high-performance culture
* Report directly to the Area Manager on performance, sales trends, and team management
Experience & Qualifications:
* A passion for the outdoors and an interest in outdoor products
* Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse retail trends, sales, and competitor activity
* Track record of driving sales, managing KPIs, and improving store performance
* Experience with P&L responsibility, recruitment & training, and visual merchandising
* Fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential - we value passion and leadership
