Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team at KST. This role provides administrative support to the Corporate Accounts & Sales Team.


Responsibilities

* Being the first point of contact for customers, liaising directly via email and telephone.
* Maintain relationships with key customer and supplier contacts.
* Update databases and keep information up to date.
* Management of Client Portal.
* Identify and resolve issues affecting customer service and account profitability.
* Liaise with various departments to create reports on timescales, deadlines, and cost for the customer.
* Chase Installation and Service departments to ensure jobs are complete within timeframes and Customer SLAs.
* Liaise with Customer Service to aid in resolving invoice queries.
* Ensure all service agreements are met.
* Maintain contact with relevant points within client organisations.
* Ensure processes and regulations used in the business are continually updated and adhered to.
* Perform weekly and quarterly analysis.
* Maintain accurate records.
* Manage and work closely with the Corporate Account team.
* Provide monthly information to show performance and targets in terms of sales, KPIs, debtors, SLA, and URN status.


Requirements

* Previous experience in an administration role.
* Self-motivated, energetic & positive.
* Organised with good planning skills.
* Credible, persuasive & tenacious.
* Proficient & analytical.
* Excellent verbal & written skills.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Confident & flexible.
