Job Description:
1. Document business requirements for AI / automation solutions. Understand testing teams' needs, challenge to ensure integrity and quality of requirements, and translate into technical specifications.
2. Collaborate with TII Engineering teams to co-design solutions that meet business requirements, creating use cases and revised process models.
3. Road-test engineering solutions in UAT environment. Investigate and resolve issues, ensure solutions are scalable and adaptable in BAU environment.
4. Manage updates to team documentation, e.g., SOPs.
5. Create training materials for automation solutions and conduct training sessions for end-users.
6. Oversee testing processes / SOPs for Graphite / FTS projects in EMEA, including High and Low value flow testing:
7. Ensure proficiency in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, Business Process Testing, and Acceptance Criteria Verification.
