We are also looking for support workers to work in home care in Suffolk mainly Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds.
Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Suffolk for a Support Worker. The Support Worker will deliver direct care and assistance to individuals with brain injuries and neurological conditions, helping them with daily activities and promoting their independence. Responsibilities include ensuring client safety, supporting rehabilitation programs, assisting with personal care, and maintaining accurate records of client progress. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining compliance with safeguarding measures.
