Location: West Yorkshire - This is a mobile role that requires daily travel to multiple locations to complete assigned duties. A company vehicle will be provided and will be kept at the base location unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Where you fit in:
As our Mobile Cleaning & Sanitary Technician you will:
11. Carry out the sweeping and mopping of hard floor areas, ensuring all spaces are clean, safe, and presentable.
12. Vacuum carpeted areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises.
13. Wipe down and sanitise surfaces, including desks, counters, and communal areas.
14. Perform thorough cleaning of toilet facilities, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met.
15. Clean and maintain washroom appliances, such as soap dispensers, hand dryers, and other fixtures.
16. Order, replenish, and monitor stock levels of consumables including soap, toilet rolls, hand towels, and relevant cleaning products.
17. Respond to ad hoc cleaning or facilities-related requests in a timely and efficient manner.
18. Empty sanitary waste bins and ensure correct disposal in line with hygiene and safety requirements.
19. Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to cleaning activities and stock levels.
20. Record and report any damages or maintenance issues to ensure timely repair.
21. Support the wider team during periods of absence, sickness, or annual leave as required.
22. Undertake any additional duties needed to support the operational needs of the business.
What skills & qualifications you will need:
23. Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities, or similar roles
24. Understand the importance of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality
25. Work efficiently and maintains high standards at all times
26. Highly organised, dependable, and able to manage stock levels and accurate records
27. Show initiative and can respond flexibly to changing needs
28. Take responsibility for their work and communicates clearly
29. A supportive team player who is willing to help where needed
30. Hold a full UK Driving licence
