Imagine starting your day by diving into project updates, quickly spotting where your attention is needed most. You’ll use Primavera P6 to keep project schedules on track, making real-time adjustments as new information comes in. Your analytical mindset will shine as you work with Alteryx and Excel, uncovering trends and providing insights that help your team make confident decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers and engineers, ensuring everyone is aligned and projects move forward smoothly. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Develop and update project schedules in Primavera P6, supporting all phases from start to finish
2. Analyze project data using Alteryx and Excel to spot trends, forecast outcomes, and share actionable insights
3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep schedules aligned with project goals
4. Track project progress, highlight any schedule risks, and suggest solutions to keep things on course
5. Prepare clear reports and present schedule updates and recommendations to the team
What You Bring
6. HND or Degree in Data Analysis, Business and Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7. Some experience with project management, scheduling, or data analysis—internships or project work welcome
8. Familiarity with Primavera P6, Alteryx, and Tableau
9. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
11. Ability to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
