Job Description
* Contribute to financial decision-making by gathering, analysing, and interpreting financial data.
* Develop financial models to support the company's strategic initiatives.
* Provide detailed reports on financial performance on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
* Participate in budget preparation and financial forecasting exercises.
* Support the implementation of financial systems and software.
* Monitor and track the performance of projects and articulate drivers of good and poor performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
* Support Senior Management and Board in the tracking and management of the financial delivery of strategic initiatives.
* Explaining, presenting, and narrating financial models, performance ratios, assumptions, and risks & opportunities to senior financial and non-financial stakeholders, including Board.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
* ACA, ACCA. or CIMA Qualified
* Experience of financial due-diligence, financial modelling, P&L modelling, and financial performance analysis.
* Understanding of accounting concepts.
* Proficiency in financial software and database applications.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Confidence to present and discuss work outputs with senior stakeholders.
