Customer Service Coordinator
OA are working with a well-established distribution business, searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
1. Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm / 9am – 5.30pm
2. £23,000 per annum
3. Permanent
4. 25 days holiday Bank Holidays

Customer Service Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
6. Supporting a number of customer accounts
7. Follow customer requirements to create job instructions for timely dispatch
8. Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and suppliers
9. Prioritise and escalate emails as needed
10. Handle administrative tasks and utilise in-house systems
Customer Service Coordinator - Skills and Experience:
11. Strong relationship building skills
12. Willingness to learn & develop
13. Good problem-solving skills
14. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
15. Good level of Maths and English at GCSE – Grade 4 / Grade C or higher
