The Role
* Managing and developing an established account base of premium salons and barbers
* Growing territory value through proactive new business acquisition
* Driving product distribution, highlighting innovation and promoting the full portfolio
* Delivering regular in‑salon visits, product advice and commercial support
* Building strong relationships with salon owners, stylists and decision‑makers
* Creating and executing territory plans to maximise sales performance
* Using social media effectively to engage accounts, promote products and build presence
* Managing your own diary, prioritising high‑value opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2 years B2B field sales experience
* Proven track record of developing an account base and growing territory revenue
* Excellent communicator with a confident, relationship‑led approach
* Dynamic, self‑motivated and results‑driven
* Enthusiastic about innovation, with a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and maximise productivity
* Highly flexible and open to coaching, development and continuous improvement
* Comfortable using social media commercially to elevate brand presence
* Entrepreneurial in thinking, proactive in identifying opportunities
* Experience in the hair and beauty sector is beneficial but not essential
