Key Responsibilities
* Campaign
Strategy & Execution
o Develop
and manage paid social media campaigns for all properties within the
group (hotels, spas, restaurant).
o Collaborate
with sales and marketing team to align advertising goals with business
objectives.
o Manage
budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
* Content
& Creative Collaboration
o Work
with designers, copywriters, and photographers to create visually
stunning and conversion-focused ads.
o Ensure
messaging is tailored to the target audience of each business unit while
remaining on-brand.
* Performance
Analysis & Reporting
o Monitor
KPIs including CTR, ROAS, CPC, and conversions.
o Deliver
monthly performance reports and actionable insights to Head and Marketing
and Sales Director
o Use
data to refine targeting, creative strategy, and spend allocation.
* Audience
& Platform Management
o Manage
custom audiences, retargeting lists, and lookalike audiences.
o Stay
updated with platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates.
o Define
and build customer personas for each property.
* Collaboration
& Communication
o Coordinate
closely with the broader marketing and sales team
o Collaborate
with Digital marketing company to make sure that Google Ads and Social
ads align and work towards the same goals / messaging
Requirements
* 2+
years’ experience in paid social media advertising (hospitality
experience preferred).
* Proven
success managing large budgets across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social
platforms.
* Strong
understanding of ad performance metrics, pixel tracking, and audience
segmentation.
* Experience
with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other
attribution platforms.
* Creative
mindset with a keen eye for luxury branding and storytelling.
* Excellent
communication and organizational skills.
* Ability
to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines across several properties.
Desirable, not essential
* Experience
marketing for luxury/lifestyle brands.
* Familiarity
with restaurant and spa marketing trends.
