Care Supervisor Role
As a Care Supervisor, you are responsible for working alongside your Area Manager and team to ensure the safe and effective provision of care to all service users. You will be the direct point of contact for your colleagues regarding the service users in your area. You will report directly to your Area Manager.

Qualifications & Skills
* Care Experience: Minimum 1 year.
* Flexibility: Must be fully flexible.
* Driving License: Full, valid UK driving license with appropriate insurance.
* Communication Skills: Good English spoken and written.
* Willing to work towards Level 3 qualification.
* Currently NISCC registered.
Roles & Responsibilities
Community
* Complete shadowing and relevant paperwork for new staff.
* Monitor and complete 6 and 12-week performance reports.
* Maintain client care folders and ensure accuracy.
* Assist with client monitoring visits and reviews.
* Conduct regular spot checks with staff.
* Ensure timely placement of new client folders.
* Deliver weekly PPE to staff.
* Participate in emergency cover and provide leadership and support to staff.
* Support audits and maintain accurate records.
* Manage and support staff development and report incidents to the Area Manager.
* Provide emergency cover, including on-call duties and weekend support.
Office
* Update rostering and complete weekend handovers.
* Report staff or client issues to the Area Manager.
* Communicate with Care Managers and Social Workers as needed.
* Engage in training to develop role skills.
