About the Role
As our Treatment & Patient Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the patient journey – welcoming new patients, guiding them through treatment options, and ensuring their experience is seamless, professional, and positive.
Your focus will be on:
* Acting as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries.
* Building trust and rapport through exceptional communication – by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
* Explaining treatments clearly (implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, sedation) and supporting patients in making informed decisions – Training will be provided
* Managing treatment plans, finance discussions, and patient follow-ups with care and attention to detail.
* Driving treatment uptake and conversion rates – turning new leads into happy patients ready to begin treatment.
* Liaising with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and consistent patient journey.
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have:
* A natural ability to communicate with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
* Confidence in discussing treatment options, finance, and next steps in a clear and supportive way.
* Organisational skills to manage patient records, appointments, and treatment plans.
* Motivation to help patients begin their treatment journey, with an understanding of how to increase conversion rates.
* Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or similar systems.
* Experience in dentistry or healthcare (preferred though not essential as full training will be provided for right candidate).
