Are you a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias, looking for a hands-on field role within building services offering excellent overtime and earning potential?
This is a growing building services maintenance company providing both planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance to a range of commercial clients. They offer a supportive, hands-on working environment where your skills are valued, with plenty of overtime available and clear opportunities for progression as the business continues to expand.
You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs across a range of electrical and mechanical building systems. Your day-to-day work will be varied, involving diagnosing issues, completing repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and keeping accurate service records. This hands-on field role allows you to use your electrical expertise while applying your mechanical knowledge across different systems and sites.
This role would suit a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias and mechanical experience, looking for a varied, hands-on position within building services maintenance.
The Role:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on electrical and mechanical building systems
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently to minimise downtime
Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and service activities
Work across multiple sites, applying both electrical and mechanical skills
The Person:
Qualified Electrical Engineer or Maintenance Technician with mechanical knowledge
