Full time or Part Time - Night GSA - 11pm to 7am

We are now looking to recruit a Night Guest Service Assistant that is confident, efficient and passionate in the delivery of excellent customer service.

As Night Guest Service Assistant, responsibilities include, upselling the hotel and local area plus overseeing a busy reception area, you will be dealing with guests checking in/out, enquiries, whilst also having the experience to work in the bar, kitchen and restaurant areas, being flexible within your role supporting any department in line with business demands.

Role Responsibilities:

* Work within the team on duty to ensure that all brand standards are met and at the heart of all decisions
* Be fully aware of the hotel product, facilities and services available in the hotel
* Making sure guests are greeted with a warm smile
* Ensure the breakfast buffet offering is setup to standard
* Be fully conversant with and ensure all shift procedures are carried out during your shift within the food beverage areas
* Responsibility must be taken for any problems or queries that arise during your shift, to either resolve them yourself or seek assistance from the Manager on duty
* Ensure all breakfast preparation meets standards
* Ensure consistent delivery of quality and well-presented food
* Comply with hotel/company security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
* Maintaining Food Hygiene and Health Safety requirements, cleaning of kitchen after your shift will also be part of your job role
* Ensuring efficient and effective cleanliness throughout the kitchen
* Ensure all standard checklists are used as prescribed
* To maintain a professional working relationship with the day/night team
* Any other task that may be needed by management time to time
* Completion of night check lists

Role Requirements:

* Ideally you will have worked hospitality or nights shift and be able to demonstrate initiative
* You will be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service and being fun to work with
* You will be committed to working on a weekly rota basis, which includes working weekends
* Be able to adapt to situations quickly

Experienced required

* It is essential that you have great communication and organisational skills, along with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring all our guests leave, having enjoyed a warm and friendly experience

Experience within a Hotel Front desk or Food and Beverage is desirable
