About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Executive to support our global HR function. This role drives HR operations, people support and Payroll. You will work closely with our People Manager and wider HR team to deliver smooth processes, build strong employee relationships, and support our retail and back-office teams across the UK, US, and EU.

Objectives of this Role
HR Executive responsibilities include:
* Execute payroll preparation, payroll reports and keeping organized records
* Serving as a first point of contact to employees, providing smooth communication and timely resolution to their queries
* Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, changes, documentation, and internal processes across London, NYC, Rome, and Berlin.
* Assist in HR post-recruitment processes like making contracts and supporting the onboarding process.
* Maintain accurate employee records and attendance logs and update them regularly.
* Performing administrative duties such as Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events., scanning, filing and logging account documents
* Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation, HR policies and procedures and executing policies
* Ensure compliance with regional employment requirements and internal policies with the HR team.

* Minimum 2 years experience in HR Administration
* Bachelors Degree in HR (Desirable)
