Based in London, you’ll work on headline competition matters with real international reach, advising global businesses on market-shaping mergers, regulatory strategy, and high-stakes investigations across the world’s most influential competition regimes.
The role
Your work will be varied, sophisticated, and genuinely international, including:
* Advising on UK and cross-border merger control, including complex CMA processes
* Supporting major regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
* Working on strategic competition disputes with global implications
* Collaborating seamlessly with colleagues across key international offices
* Partner-level exposure from an early stage, with meaningful responsibility
Client & practice development
* Building trusted relationships with blue-chip multinational clients
* Delivering clear, commercially focused advice at the highest level
* Contributing to know-how and best-in-class internal resources
* Getting involved in BD, profile-building, and firmwide initiatives
About you
* class of 2021 or 2022
* Experience gained at a leading UK or elite international law firm
* Strong exposure to CMA matters and/or merger control
* Technically excellent, commercially astute, and detail-driven
* Ambitious, polished, and keen to build a long-term international career
