Working in a hybrid way, we are looking to recruit a customer-focused, people-oriented team player with excellent communication skills to join our customer service team.
The team provides front-line service to customers, answering inbound calls, face-to-face interactions, and resolving queries at the first point of contact. You will handle a wide variety of enquiries from tenants, applicants, and external customers, proactively ensuring high customer satisfaction.
To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you should have:
1. Experience working in a customer service or contact centre environment.
2. The ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. The ability to multitask effectively.
5. Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
6. Excellent communication skills across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, face-to-face, and email.
7. Availability to work from our head office at least twice a week following training.
