Your responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Providing expert guidance to help customers identify the right parts for their needs
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless and high-quality service experience
* Developing in-depth knowledge of our product range to better support customer requirements
* Working with the Warehouse Supervisor to reduce returns and improve customer satisfaction
* Identifying opportunities to grow sales across different customer segments and product lines
