Account Manager – Location: Boots Lakeside
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, any 5 in 7 days.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a dynamic team within the Fragrance & Beauty division, inspiring them to embody CHANEL values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
* People Management: Inspire, develop, and manage a high‑performing team; conduct onboarding and continuous training; set and review team goals; provide performance feedback; support career development; manage full recruitment cycle in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
* Business Development: Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and promotional strategies; monitor and analyze KPIs; recruit new clients and drive clienteling initiatives; collaborate with Retail Development Manager to review counter performance and develop growth strategies; build partnerships with retailer teams.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee day‑to‑day retail operations—rota management, stock monitoring, accurate reporting—aligned with retailer systems; ensure flawless execution of brand activations and campaigns; uphold brand standards for grooming, presentation, and environment.
* Client Experience: Set expectations for client service excellence; champion the brand’s signature service approach; elevate all client interactions through authenticity, empathy, and deep product expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within beauty or fragrance.
* Strong coaching skills and ability to develop a diverse team in a collaborative culture.
* Passion for creating memorable, client‑centric experiences.
* Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and decision‑making capabilities.
