We're looking for caring and reliable Teaching Assistants to support classrooms across Chester.
We work with schools across the country as a trusted partner and provider of great teaching staff, and we're keen to find more great teaching assistants to join our lovely schools.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils in lessons so every child can access learning
* Give extra help to children who need it, either one-to-one or in small groups
* Work closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive classroom
* Encourage pupils and celebrate their progress
Requirements
We're looking for experience with children (in schools, nurseries, clubs, or similar) - a bonus, but not essential; a friendly, patient approach and the ability to build strong relationships; team players who are flexible and enthusiastic; commitment to safeguarding and supporting children's well-being
