Cover Teacher Requirements: Have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Previous experience in teaching or classroom supervision is desirable. Cover Teacher Responsibilities: Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Uphold school policies on behaviour, conduct, and classroom management. Support students during lessons, helping to ensure a productive learning experience. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student participation and lesson outcomes.
