💷 Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic organisation and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
Contribute to employee benefits and well-being programmes
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
Support training delivery and learning initiatives
Manage disciplinary and grievance cases professionally
What We're Looking For
CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
Experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR systems and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Full UK driving licence
(Desirable) Experience in manufacturing or production environments
